Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Syrup/Prieskoninis Starbucks’o moliūgų sirupas

A spicy Starbucks syrup for another upcoming rainy fall season that will fill up your coffee with a flavor of cosiness! I assume that it will be a perfect fit for an apple pie.
For the syrup:
  • ¾ cup of sugar
  • ¾ cup of water
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • ½ tspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 7 cloves
  • 7 allspice berries
  • ¼ tspoon of ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tspoon of minced fresh ginger
  • 2 tbspoons of pumpkin puree
  • 1 tspoon of vanilla
For the pumpkin puree, cook about a cup of chopped pumpkin pieces without peel in the oven, for about 35minutes, then blend it.
For the syrup, just pour all of the ingredients to a saucepan and cook it on a medium heat, for about 15-20minutes, stirring constantly. Strain it twice through the mesh strainer, then refrigerate the syrup in a tightly closed jar for up to a month.

Sirupui:

  • ¾ puodelio vandens
  • 3 cinamono lazdelės
  • ½ arb.š. malto cinamono
  • 7 gvazdikėliai
  • 7 kvapieji pipirai
  • ¼ arb.š. malto muskato
  • ¼ arb.š. malto imbiero
  • 2 valg.š. moliūgų piurė
  • 1 arb.š. vanilės
Moliūgų tyrei, apie 35minutes orkaitėje kepkite maždaug puodelį nulupto ir supjaustyto moliūgo, tuomet jį sutrinkite blenderiu.
Sirupui, tiesiog supilkite visus produktus į nedidelį puodą ir ant vidutinės ugnies virkite sirupą apie 15-20minučių, vis pamaišant. Tuomet du kartus perkoškite jį per sietelį. Laikykite šaldytuve, uždaram inde apie mėnesį ar ilgiau.
